Perfect multi-set loft in one location and super versatile production space!
The loft is the penthouse of a beautiful 1920’s building in the Historic Core of downtown Los Angeles.
The space is a 50ft x 40ft open floor plan (1800 SQ ft available for production.) with 17ft high ceiling.
It features brick walls, large windows all around the loft providing lots of natural light, Cyclorama backdrops, green screen, multiple backgrounds, free lighting gear and production equipment.
We keep the pictures accurate so all the furniture, artwork and plants you see in the photos are available and usable as props to build your ideal set. Everything can be moved (with care) and just need to be placed back where it was at the end of your booking.
